Indefinite leave to Remain(IRL) on Investor visa
You can be eligible to apply for Indefinite leave to remain under the Tier 1 Investor route after spending 2, 3 or 5 years in the UK. In order to apply for the accelerated IRL after a continuous period of 2 years or 3 years, you need to have maintained an investment of at least £10 million or 5 million respectively. The usual route is for one to apply for IRL once they have resided in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years.
